We operate this website and store (the “Services”), powered by Shopify, to equip Bitcoin maximalists with bold apparel and Sovereign Salvage—curated timeless treasures worthy of your energy and sats.

1. Access and Accounts You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. We may terminate or suspend access at any time for any reason.
2. Products and Orders We strive to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary by device. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or refuse/cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., due to pricing errors or suspected fraud). An order is only accepted once payment is processed and we confirm shipment.
Apparel is made-to-order or print-on-demand. Sovereign Salvage items (curated from estate sales and flea markets) are unique, one-of-a-kind, and sold as-is. Returns are governed by our Refund Policy [link].
3. Pricing, Payment, and Shipping Prices exclude taxes, shipping, and any customs/import fees (your responsibility for international orders). We may change prices or run promotions at any time. You warrant that all payment information is accurate and you are authorized to use it.

4. Intellectual Property All content on our Services (designs, text, images, logos, etc.) is owned by Recon & Render LLC or its licensors. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No reproduction, distribution, or derivative works without our written consent.

6. Relationship with Shopify Recon & Render is powered by Shopify. Purchases are directly with us—Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions or products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims related to your use of our Services.
7. User Conduct and Feedback You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, or to transmit harmful content. Any feedback, reviews, or submissions grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties Our Services and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Sovereign Salvage items are vintage/used and carry no warranty beyond their described condition.
